 Calculation of Fo Value of Biological indicators

Fo Value  = D121 (LogA-Log B)

Yor Calculated Fo Value by using Autoclave Hold Time should be more than this Biological indicator Fo Value. Then only Sterility Assurance level (SAL) can be achived
